Warm Compresses. (Total Eye are Centre)
A bowl of warm water ( Not too hot to burn the skin) Dip a small towel, squeese the towel and leave it on the closed lids for 10 minutes. (refresh the towel as often as needed).
After 10 minutes warm compresses massage your upper lid with your clean fingers from up to down and the lower lid down up, the whole length of the lid should be massaged.
Try to do this at least 1-2 times per day
